Today is the beginning.  For many, as the wheel turns Samhain is the end.  The year begins anew on November 1st.  Others find their “new year” is appropriate on or around their time of birth.  For me, the two are combined.  My birthday is November 10th  so I choose to start my personal year - for personal growth and development on November 1st.
